Linda LeBlanc Ph.D., BCBA-D

Linda A. LeBlanc, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Licensed Psychologist is the President of LeBlanc Behavioral Consulting and the current Editor in Chief of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her 25 year career has included academic positions at Claremont McKenna College, Western Michigan University and Auburn University as well leadership positions in human services organizations. She established LeBlanc Behavioral Consulting in 2017 and consults to technology companies, universities, and behavior analytic human service organizations. Her research interests include behavioral treatment of autism, technology-based behavioral interventions, supervision and mentorship, leadership, and systems development in human services. Dr. LeBlanc is the Editor- in-Chief of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Fellow of ABAI and is the 2016 recipient of the APA Nathan H. Azrin Award for Distinguished Contribution in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Alexis Curcio

Alexis Curcio, M. Ed, BCBA

Alexis Curcio M Ed, BCBA received her master’s degree from University of Cincinnati in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a focus in School Psychology. Originally from Ohio, Alexis has had a focused interest in working with children and adults on the Autism Spectrum since a young age, being involved in SIBS workshops and the ASNO program with the University of Toledo. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Alexis has clinical experience across clinic, home, and school-based services including clinical leadership and operational management. With a focus on school collaboration, Alexis has experience as a school behavioral consult with school districts in the Atlanta Metro area focused on child-centered approaches, IEP development and fidelity, and collaboration with school stakeholders. Alexis has a passion for advocacy in educational settings, collaboration with inter-disciplinary providers, clinical research, and parent training models focused on socially significant developmental milestones. Her goal is to empower self-autonomy and personal growth among the children and families we serve.

Dani Ducharme, M.S., BCBA

Dani has a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), from Georgia State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and has experience with individuals with a variety of diagnosis and ages. Dani’s clinical interests include early intervention, ethics, parent education, and clinical team collaboration. Her goal is to empower every individual to lead their best lives.

Kayli Pledger M.S., BCBA

Kayli Pledger is a BCBA with a Masters of Science in ABA. Originally from Alabama, Kayli is currently serving families in the greater Atlanta area. Kayli began her career in ABA volunteering in her highschool’s special needs classrooms as a participant of lower Alabama’s project outreach program. Being a part of the project outreach program allowed her to connect with the science of ABA and experience what a difference a compassionate and accepting individual could make in the lives of those effected with neurodivergent diagnoses. Kayli is passionate about advocating for individual needs and making sure that every individual gets the opportunity to flourish with their own personality and independence. Kayli enjoys working with families to design goals that make everyday life easier, more accessible, and overall more enjoyable. When working on learning opportunities Kayli focuses on helping learners get into their less restrictive environments and increasing independence with an emphasis on allowing them to continue to show their individuality. In the future Kayli would like to create a system to continue to help support and educate families that may not need full time ABA services, but would benefit from further ABA education and behavioral support.

Lauren Ryckman, M.S., BCBA

Lauren received her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University following her Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Emory University. Lauren became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in November 2021 and has over 10 years of experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Lauren is passionate about early language development, child-centered approaches, and clinical collaboration. She is dedicated to providing holistic, progressive, and compassionate care to her clients and their families.

Alyssa Lippucci, M.S., BCBA

Alyssa Lippucci is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in the field for 9 years. Alyssa began working in schools when she was getting her undergraduate degree in psychology and became immediately passionate about the positive impact ABA can have on children and their families. Alyssa’s clinical interests include ethics, neurodiversity affirming clinical approaches, training of ABA concepts, nurturing language and communication, and collaborating with other providers and caretakers. Her goal is to always practice and disseminate compassionate, progressive ABA, and create a supportive and enriching environment to help everyone she works with grow to their fullest potential.

Ryan Lewis

Ateara Taylor

Ateara discovered her passion advocating for individuals with special needs and dual diagnoses while providing services for the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Ateara has an extensive background in nursing and operational management. In 2021, Ateara relocated to Atlanta from St. Louis, beginning her journey in providing services to children and their families with autism. Ateara has a unique approach to harmonizing trusting relationships with clinicans, children and their families. Ateara is committed to providing stable services, resources, safe environments, and making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by autism in the community.

Tara Leite

Tara has been providing ABA therapy since 2012 in home, early childhood education and center-based settings. As head of Talent Acquisition for Propel, she loves using her clinical background to find the highest quality RBT’s and BCBA’s to serve our clients. Tara is passionate about neurodiversity affirming and compassionate care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Tara has special interests in ongoing clinical and ethical training for Registered Behavior Technicians, helping build clinics from the ground up to create infrastructure and environments that best serve our clients, and community building and creating connecting opportunities for children with Autism and their families. Tara is a mom of two and loves gardening, reading and cooking.

Brittany Love, RBT

Brittany Love, RBT, is the Center Manager at our Marietta location. Brittany began her career in ABA in 2021 as an RBT, and joined Propel in 2023. Brittany is committed to providing quality and consistent care while focusing on early intervention, humanizing care, and advocating for RBT’s. Brittany loves watching clients grow and seeing their personalities shine, especially during dance parties at group time. Brittany is extremely passionate about using her positive attitude and tireless energy to advocate for those on the autism spectrum. During her free time, Brittany enjoys reading, playing video games, listening to music, and spending time with family, friends and her dog.
