Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full Job Description

** Ideal candidate should have >1 year of experience as a BCBA and a strong focus on quality and clinical outcomes. This candidate will have the privilege to be mentored by Linda LeBlanc **

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and supervise Propels ABA program
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Build and customize parent training and support programs
  • Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
  • Provide support, training and mentorship for Behavior Technicians
  • Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans via Central Reach
  • Meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
  • Lead the growth of Propels ABA Program through hiring and client onboarding
  • Support referral building

What You’ll Need:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia (Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience as a BCBA
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
