Our Atlanta Team

Nikita Harjani

Nikita Harjani has a M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), from Georgia State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a passion for assisting individuals to live their lives to the fullest. With several years of experience in the field of ABA, Nikita’s interests are in supervision, training staff, and developing research based interventions for early learners & young adults.

Tyra Sellers – Executive Advisor

She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Special Education from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, a Ph.D. from Utah State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®. Her professional and research interests focus on professional ethics, training and supervision, assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, and variability. Dr. Sellers has over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals with disabilities in a wide variety of settings. She has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Utah State University and as the Director of Ethics at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®. She has published several journal articles, two co-authored book chapters, co-authored the book titled Building and Sustaining Meaningful and Effective Relationships As A Supervisor and Mentor and co-authored the workbook pair titled The New Supervisor Workbook and The Consulting Supervisor’s Workbook. She currently serves on the editorial boards for several journals.

James Macon

James began his career in behavior analysis nearly two decades ago and has worked for some of the most well-recognized names in the industry. His career has included work across the lifespan of his clients, including early intervention, young adults, the treatment of severe challenging behavior, work in hospitals, schools, clinics, in-home ABA, and more. He is passionate about using the science of behavior to empower meaningful change for his clients.

The first step of Propel’s ABA therapy intake process will involve evaluation and observation of your child. Together with your family, the BCBA will carefully tailor a treatment plan that works for your child and the other members of your household.
